Furthermore, the Youth in Action Programme is supported by another three structures that provide complementary expertise concerning the Youth in Action Programme. These are: 

• SALTO Resource Centres
• The Eurodesk Network
• The Partnership between the Commission and the Council of Europe in the field of youth work.

The SALTO Resource Centre tries to improve the quality of projects funded by the Programme. It also provides information and training for the National Agencies and manages Youthpass.

The Eurodesk Network provides information service to youths and those who work in youth fields. It offers enquiry answering services, funding information, events and publications.
