Mr Joe Sciberras is an Executive EU Policy and Legislation.

He graduated in Philosophy, Psychology and Social Studies from the University of Malta and has worked in the social sector for a number of years, locally and abroad. He has been involved with various voluntary organisations and in career guidance.

Mr Sciberras joined MEUSAC in February 2009 and is an Executive for EU Policy and Legislation responsible for Employment, Social Policy and Health and Education, Youth, Culture and Sport.

Mr Sciberras is also responsible for the national contact point of the European Business Test Panel, a European Commission tool for consulting businesses.

He is also a certified proof reader in the Maltese Language.
