Joe Borg Camilleri joined MEUSAC in October 2009 as Principal responsible for Administration including, human resources administration, the drafting and evaluation of tenders, participation in various committees, coordination of the Management Partnership with the European Commission. Mr. Borg Camilleri graduated Master of Arts in European Studies from the University of Malta, having submitted a thesis entitled ‘Towards a National Integrated Maritime Policy for Malta in Light of EU Membership.’ Previously, he read for a Bachelors’ Degree (Honours) in European Studies and International Relations. Mr. Borg Camilleri also read for a Diploma in Diplomatic Studies and for a Certificate in EU Maritime Law.

Mr. Borg Camilleri joined the Civil Service in 1992 and is also active in the voluntary organisations sphere. With a passion for intercultural dialogue, Mr. Borg Camilleri has a keen interest in languages with a specialisation in the German language.
